ANDREW REMICK

Andrew Remick is a Partner at Highline and is directly involved with acquisitions, capital market activities and the asset management of properties in Highline’s portfolio. Prior to joining Highline, Andrew was the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at CREC where he focused on sourcing acquisitions and overseeing the asset management of company owned assets, a role he worked on with David Moret from 2011-2016. Andrew originally started working at CREC in the brokerage department where he specialized in multifamily and land dispositions and financing. During this tenure Andrew worked with private and institutional clients including but not limited to Lubert Adler Real Estate Funds, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, 13th Floor Investments, Melo Development and Bank United.

Andrew holds a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance from St. John’s University and received his Masters in Real Estate Development from NOVA Southeastern University. He is actively involved with several real estate organizations including NOVA where he sits on the advisory board for the MSRED program, serves as a mentor to current students and regularly gives lectures in the classroom.
