Investments made through Highline Real Estate Fund 1, LLC on a direct basis as well as in joint ventures with strategic partners and existing owners.

  • operating inefficiencies
  • higher and better use opportunities

Cash Flow/Evergreen

Each investment is separately capitalized with a focus on stable long term cash flow.

Focus on assets with:

  • durable cash flow
  • steady income growth
  • below market in-place rents
  • discounts to replacement costs
  • strong competitive position within submarket
  • favorable long term growth dynamics
